WebMeV Development Roadmap

WebMeV's architecture permits rapid development cycles, as new analyses can be developed (mostly) independently of our application. With the analysis code and environment specified, we require only a couple extra files to include the new module into WebMeV.

Short-term development plans (summer/fall 2021) include:

• Inclusion of public data repositories (e.g. TCGA, TARGET) and a browsable public data interface

• Additional SCTK modules, including QC

• Network-medicine analyses such as those avaible in the Quackenbush lab's netZoo repositories https://github.com/netZoo

...and, of course, bug fixes and improvements as needed!
